Coach, counsellor, and clinical hypnotherapist — and someone who's done this work herself, not just studied it.

I came to this work from the corporate world. I understand targets, pressure, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from wanting to be good at your job while quietly losing yourself in it.

​

That world gave me a lot, for which I'm very grateful. It also, eventually, showed me that what I actually wanted to do was something a little (or a lot) different.

​​

Today I work with both individuals and organisations. With people navigating transitions, or the gap between how life looks and how it actually feels. And with companies that want to invest in their people beyond the performance review — building resilience, stress literacy, and the kind of psychological safety that isn't just talked about.

 

The work looks different depending on who I'm with. What doesn't change is the approach.

My approach is holistic and whole-person. Evidence-based tools and imagination. Logic and feeling. Practical strategy and the deeper work. Whether I'm sitting with someone in a one-to-one session or standing in front of a room of thirty, I'm working with the same understanding: that the internal state matters, and that addressing it changes outcomes.

No one-size-fits-all frameworks, no toxic positivity. Just honest support that moves, because I'm not interested in keeping you in the room longer than you need to be.

The work is done when you can answer "how are you?" with "Well, actually."
