If "creating the life you actually want" makes you cringe, I get it. It sounds like something on a motivational poster. But maybe that's not such a bad thing.
I don't just believe you can create this — I know it's actually possible. We're just deeply conditioned to believe it isn't. That the life we want is meant for someone else. That we have to follow the obvious path, make safe decisions, build a life that impresses the right people. So maybe you do all the "right things." But eventually, you end up here anyway, wondering how or why.
If I asked you: what do you actually want? Do you know?
Almost always, people answer with what they don't want. A list of things to avoid. Patterns not to repeat. Relationships to steer clear of. And that list is what keeps us circling. Because hope and fear can look identical from the inside — and stuck can feel safer than risking the disappointment of actually trying.
Changing your life isn't as simple as "just do it." It's slower than that, and stranger.
We work on the patterns — how you relate to others, how you relate to yourself, what you believe you're worth.
Insight opens the door. It doesn't walk you through it.
Who is this for?
Something I believe more than anything else: presence is most of the medicine. Not technique, not a method — just two people, fully there with each other. I've sat many times with people as they said "I've never told anyone this before," and watched the fear melt away from their faces. Knowing I can be that person for someone is not something I take lightly. It's the reason I do this work at all.
My work doesn't fit into a neat box, so I don't expect you will either. I've worked across many age groups, cultures, faiths, genders, and orientations. No two people, careers, childhoods, personalities, or dreams have been the same. I can hold complexity, and I won't flinch from yours.
Most of my clients, however, lead with curiosity, open-heartedness, and kindness. If that's also you, I can't wait to meet you.

How I work
I'm trained as a counsellor, coach, and clinical hypnotherapist, though the mix is more paradox than résumé.
I'm intuitive, nurturing, open-minded, curious. I can also be a little impatient, direct, and I'm always outcomes-orientated. So yes, I want to go deep. But I also want us to move forward.
There's no formulaic, one-size-fits-all approach. Some people need to understand their patterns before they can shift them. Others need to work beneath conscious thought entirely. Most need both.
-
Counselling — gets to the why: the patterns, the history, the questions underneath it all.
-
Coaching — turns insight into direction and action.
-
Hypnotherapy — reaches what logic alone can't.
-
Somatics — brings the body in, because the nervous system holds what the mind can't always say.
I'm always open to any questions, or if you just want to have a chat to see if we'd a good therapeutic fit. Send me message on WhatsApp, or book a discovery call with me.
How to work together
Individual sessions online | 90 mins
650 AED
No commitment, no agenda. Just a place to start. Sometimes one session is all you need.
8 week program | 8 online x 90 mins

A structured container with a clear arc — because real change needs time, repetition, and a space to hold it. Eight sessions is what I've found works best.
Release the pressure to create change, and focus instead on increasing choice.
